Welcome to the online home for my work:
I lead retreats in contemplative and relational practice. I see group work as a potent catalyst for insight and growth at the personal, interpersonal, transpersonal, communal, and societal levels.
I offer 1:1 coaching to catalyze your development contemplatively, relationally, and as a leader.
I also perform as a singer, songwriter, and musician.
I am open to receiving inquiries about 1:1 work and leading events in your community.

Current Research Interests
I am actively experimenting with devotional friendship, chosen family, and other novel forms to seed cultural change and build robust networks of intimacy and resource sharing.

Futures of The Masculine + Feminine
Many of my collaborative crews are consciously engaging the relationship between the masculine and feminine, asking: How do we do this dance beautifully? I had an event on the topic; more coming soon.
As a helping professional, I remain critical of our current system and am exploring radical, alternative pathways to care and flourishing within our communities.
